Aiza.pk is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the eligibility and process for returning products purchased on Aiza.pk.
Return Window
You can return most unused and unopened items within 7 days of the delivery date. Certain exclusions may apply (see below).
Eligible Items for Return
- Items that are unused and in their original packaging.
- Items that are undamaged and with all original tags attached (if applicable).
- Items that were incorrectly shipped by Aiza.pk.
- Items that are defective or malfunctioning.
Ineligible Items for Return
- Items that have been used or opened.
- Items that are missing original tags or packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items that are on sale or clearance.
- Certain personal care or beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at or by WhatsApp at +92 (3) 111-222-453 to initiate a return request.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Safe Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
